Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Madam Merius, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. We encourage intentional purchasing and ask that you review our policy carefully.

Returns
Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
After this window, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, subject to availability.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellations requested after this period cannot be honored, as orders may already be in production or preparation.

Additional Considerations
•    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
•    Madam Merius reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our quality and policy standards.
